Experience counts. Owner Steve Reichwaldt grew up the son of a home builder. At a young age he began helping out during the summer framing and running the skid loader. After college and a short time as a mechanic, Steve decided to go back to what he knew best, construction. So he started framing and did so for 11 years until 2004. Now he and his wife DeAnna are committed to building homes that last. We know our sub contractors by name. We also still do a lot of the work ourselves, if time allows. This includes: Framing, Siding, Trim, Painting, and tile work. We are on the job everyday making sure that things are getting done in a timely manner.
